Dr. Swapnil Vitthal Rahane is a dedicated healthcare academician, educator, and researcher with extensive experience in nursing education, clinical training, and professional skill development. With a strong commitment to advancing healthcare quality and workforce competency, he founded the SR Healthcare and Academic Foundation to create a national platform for skill-based education, research excellence, and community health development.
Dr. Rahane has been actively involved in training healthcare professionals through structured certificate programs, continuing nursing education, academic mentoring, and hands-on clinical skill development initiatives. His vision is to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world clinical practice by promoting competency-based education, innovation, and ethical healthcare leadership.
